Cancellation Policy

Once your order is placed, our systems are designed to ship your products as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to stop an order from shipping or make changes to it once it has entered our system.

Return Policy

Our Return policy lasts 10 business days from receiving your item(s). If 10 business days have past since receiving your item(s), unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must have a purchase order or receipt from us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unaltered, and unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means:

1. Any item in its original condition, is not damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

2. Any items not showing signs of wear and/or tear in any way.

3. Any item that is not a sale item, refurbished product, or a special order.

Shipping Back

To return your product, you should contact us at hello@budmen.com for further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once we receive it. We will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inspected it. Within this email, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and/or refurbished products and/or special items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@budmen.com

Conclusion

Returns are only accepted within 10 business days upon receiving item. Item(s) must be returned in the shape and condition that they were originally sent. Lastly, buyer must pay and facilitate the proper and timely return of the item(s). Refunds will not be considered until item(s) have been returned, evaluated, and assessed. Freight Services and shipping and handling costs are absolutely non-refundable.
